You are going to need some fresh peaches mashed up and strained into a bottle with some sugar. Take a flute glass and fill the flute glass one third with the peach mixture. Next grab your peach schnapps and add one ounce to the glass. You can also use peach liqueur if you desire. Give the schnapps and peaches a stir. Now add your favorite champagne or sparkling wine leaving a half inch of space from the top of the glass. As you stir the second time you will want to make sure it's gentle enough for the foam to rise slowly to the rim.
