To begin, you want to fill a glass with ice and then pour in some peach coulis about 1/3 of the way up the glass. Then you want to add in some peach liquor to your glass, again about 1/4 way up the glass. Next you want to add a small amount of champagne to the drink and then stir it up to mix the three ingredients together. Lastly, you want to add a top to the glass and pour the mixture into a champagne glass. Then top it off with some more champagne to fill the glass.
